Terms of Service Addendum

The terms are governed first and foremost by: Yurika Corporation Terms of Service

The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is a service provided by the Yurika Corporation. By using the Yurika Corporation AI Framework, you agree to the following terms of service:

  1. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is a service provided by the Yurika Corporation. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is a service that allows users to interact with the Yurika Corporation AI Framework through various commands.
  2. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is provided without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  3. Access to the UI of the Yurika Corporation AI Framework is provided to users for the purpose of interacting with the Yurika Corporation AI Framework. Users are not allowed to modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the UI of the Yurika Corporation AI Framework.
  4. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is provided for personal and commercial use. Images, content and other data generated by the Yurika Corporation AI Framework may be used for personal and commercial use.
  5. Purchases made through the Yurika Corporation AI Framework are non-refundable and non-transferable. We ask you only purchase what you intend to use within the service.
  6. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework may be used to generate content that is offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable. The Yurika Corporation AI Framework is not responsible for the content generated by the Yurika Corporation AI Framework.
  7. You agree that your data may be passed to third-party moderation tools (AWS, OpenAI, Azure, etc.) for moderation purposes.
  8. We are not responsible if you provide the AI Framework ANY PII or sensitive information.
  9. Your usage is saved and stored within our databases to allow you to recall your usage history, track usage, and provide a better service. We can use any generations for marketing, display on our website or any other uses we deem reasonable.
  10. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time.
  11. Chargebacks can result in your ability to use the service to be revoked.
  12. We only save the User ID and the generated content. We do not save any other information. With the exception of payment information, which is secured within adequate third-party systems.
  13. You agree by making a purchase to receive transactional emails from us and marketing emails which you may unsubscribe from.
  14. Snaks have no real world value. They are not transferrable or refundable. They are a virtual currency used to purchase items within the AI Framework.
  15. We reserve the right to end service at anytime.
